Hello Max! 😀 Linda, can I ask what DAP collar you use with Max? I’m not sure if there is a wide variety on the market and which ones a recommended. Sorry to bother 🙂
Hi, Donna and Mrs. P 🙂 I use the one made by Sentry. I also use Sentry’s Calming Spray on Max’s bedding. It does help him settle down when there are fireworks. Hope it helps Donna.
Thank you, Maria. I am not a good photographer but he is a great subject! He was only 5 1/2 months old in this pic and already weighed about 35 pounds. He will be 4 years old on Oct. 19 and is about 102 lbs. He was up to 108 but trimmed back 🙂
I’m honestly trying to trim bob. He has a genuine love for food and kids. All the kids in the neighborhood love him so the result is a lot of visitors at our garden gate and a lot of goodies for him.
It’s not easy for people or dogs to lose weight! Max lost 6 pounds over about 6 months by just cutting back a little on each meal. A trim dog means less strain on their joints and better overall health. The daily recommended feeding amounts on dog foods are usually too high unless you have a very active dog. Maybe the neighborhood kids could give Bob some raw carrots or ice cubes to crunch on 🙂
